Peter Sisseck created a wine that shunned chemicals, he worked with the vineyard growers to practice biodynamics and in the process established PSI as the soul of Ribera del Duero.  Very minimal oak with a nice dry finish of tannins.  In between blackberry, cherry, oak, black currant, establish this a true classic wine.  I call this money well spent.
